Jessica Lynch
Jessica (Jess) is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who has training in several diverse settings, including residential group homes, school, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice serving adolescents, young adults, and adults. Jess is currently treating teens, adults, and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, life transitions, and relational issues, among other things.
Using an individualized and strengths-based approach, Jess implements elements of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based practices to achieve your self-driven goals and improve self-care. She enjoys using a client-centered approach to tailor treatment to each individual she works with and has a passion for bringing overall wellness to clients’ lives. As a parent herself, Jess also enjoys assisting soon-to-be or new parents with the unique stressors that their new family life can bring.
