Please note that not every plan under these insurances may be considered in-network and having coverage does not mean that every service will be considered a covered benefit. We encourage every patient to call their Insurance provider to review their coverage. Any service provided that is not covered, will be the patient’s responsibility. We will provide a superbill as a courtesy to the patients who have insurance plans that we do not participate with.
