Hsiao-Chun (Sophia) is a board-certified acupuncturist and herbalist through the National Commission of Chinese and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and a licensed acupuncturist in Connecticut. Sophia received her Master of Health Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Mineola, NY. She also earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She started out her career as a microwave engineer. Later she got interested in energy healing and became a Reiki master practitioner. This led her to pursue a job that’s more fulfilling by helping others to achieve their optimal health.
