Hello! My name is Angel and I’m a Naturopathic Physician. I graduated with honors in Naturopathic Medicine from the University of Bridgeport. Before my doctorate, I finished my master’s coursework in Nutrition and Integrative Health at Maryland University of Integrative health. I love my work because I love the diversity of roles I play: equal parts detective, scientist, philosopher, environmental advocate, counselor, and teacher. Getting to the cause is no simple feat, but as we peel back layers of mixed, confusing messages about health, we get there. The guiding lamp on the journey is science and scholarship. My goal for every patient is to improve their quality of life. My work in medicine is not just about avoiding disease but about instilling the fundamental, science-backed principles for a healthy mind and body. I have a good track record with skin disorders, weight loss, and sleep issues.

If I’m not in the office, you’re likely to find me sitting cross legged on the living room floor, meditating, reading, meal planning or researching. I love spending time with my husband, making new friends on the dance floor, and connecting with my body through yin yoga. Hope to see you soon!
